How to use:
- Apply sunscreen 30 minutes before sun exposure. This allows the sunscreen to absorb into your skin for maximum protection.
- Reapply every two hours: Sunscreen rubs off from sweating, swimming, and even just drying on your skin.
- Reapply more often if you're sweating or swimming: Water resistant sunscreen only lasts for a certain amount of time after getting wet (usually 40 or 80 minutes), so check the label and reapply after swimming or heavy sweating.
