Refund and Exchange Policy

We promise to;

Issue Refunds to your orders If any product you bought on thefaceshopuae.com is found to be faulty.

All Payments done through Cash on Delivery method will receive Refunds in the form of Store Credits. Store Credits are valid for one time use. Cannot be replaced with Cash. 

For all payments done on Credit Card and Debit Card, Refund will be issued to the same card used at the time of transaction.

Refund on credit card and debit card transaction take up to 7-15 Business days. 

For payments done on Tabby and Cashew, the refund will be issued through Tabby and Cashew. 

Shipping fee is Non Refundable. 

Exchange or refund any product bought within the last 30 days on thefaceshopuae.com (except those mentioned below), provided it is unused and is returned with the barcode tags and purchase receipt. This applies to products bought during sales or promotions too.

Sorry we cannot exchange underwear or cosmetics/toiletries for hygiene and safety reasons, we trust you understand.

Cancellation Policy

Customer can cancel their order within 24 hours; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. Please allow for up to 7-15 days for the refund transfer to be completed

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once your order is dispatched, unfortunately, we cannot cancel it.

Please Note:

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as stock availability or payment issues. You will be contacted in case of such a cancellation and will receive a full refund.
