- Glycerin, Macadamia seed oil, Shea Butter: These ingredients help hydrate and soften the skin.
- Ceramides (Ceramide NP & Ceramide NG): These are naturally occurring lipids that help strengthen the skin's barrier and retain moisture.
- Fragrance (lemon verbena flavor 1.5%): This creates the citrus scent of the body wash.
- Citric Acid: This helps balance the pH of the formula.
- Sodium Benzoate: This is a preservative that helps extend the shelf life of the product.
- Sodium C14-16 olefin sulfonate, Lauryl hydroxysulsteine, Cocamidopropyl betaine: These are common ingredients in body washes that help create lather and cleanse the skin.

- Hand method: Alternatively, you can dispense the body wash directly into your hands and create a lather in your palms. Apply the lather directly to your body using the same massaging motion.
