• Calendula Officinalis Flower Extract (Calendula Extract): This extract has calming and anti-inflammatory benefits. It may also promote healing of minor skin irritations.
• Glycerin: A humectant that attracts and retains moisture in the skin, keeping it hydrated.
• Alcohol Denat (Denatured Alcohol): This can have drying effects, but in smaller amounts like here, it may help other ingredients penetrate the skin or act as a preservative.
• Butylene Glycol: A humectant that helps hydrate the skin and can also enhance the penetration of other ingredients.
• 1,2-Hexanediol: A preservative that may also have some antimicrobial properties.
• Betaine: A mild cleansing agent that can also help reduce irritation and improve the feel of the product on the skin.

How to use:

• Cleanse your skin: For optimal absorption, apply the lotion to clean skin. After showering or bathing is a perfect time. Pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving it slightly damp.

• Apply the lotion: Dispense a dime-sized amount (or more for drier areas) of lotion onto your palm. You can adjust the amount based on your needs.

• Massage it in: Using circular motions, gently massage the lotion into your skin. Start at your ankles and work your way up your legs, towards your heart. Don't forget areas like your elbows, knees, and hands, which tend to be drier.

• Let it absorb: Give the lotion a minute or two to fully absorb into your skin before getting dressed.
