How to Use:

• Cleanse your skin: Apply lotion to clean skin for optimal absorption. The best time is after showering or bathing when your skin is slightly damp. Pat your skin dry with a towel, leaving a thin layer of moisture behind.

• Apply the lotion: Dispense a dime-sized amount (or more for drier areas) of lotion onto your palm. Adjust the amount based on your needs and how dry your skin feels.

• Massage it in: Using circular motions, gently massage the lotion into your skin. Start at your ankles and work your way up your legs towards your heart. Don't forget areas prone to dryness like elbows, knees, hands, and feet.

• Let it absorb: Allow the lotion a minute or two to fully absorb into your skin before getting dressed.
